Covering many different issues, from recommending exercises and nutrition, to observing the way we behave, are motivated, and how this may effect our health and well being.

Motivation Monday is designed to start your week on an motivated note, imparting interesting information which may be born from empirical research - necessary for all to hear, comment on observation of interesting events, or 'scripted' advice on healthy, fit living!
